Turqum Quality Mark, promoted by Central Anatolian Machinery Exporters Union, is a voluntary product certification that provides a worldwide guarantee of the high quality, reliability and services of Turkish machinery producers.
The mark certifies a wide range of technical characteristics, product qualities and company service capabilities, thus providing the user with a series of added guarantees.

This Quality Mark is actually covers both product and company certification.

If a product is certified by the Turqum Quality Mark, this means that it has been produced in accordance with specific technical requirements verified by objective auditors and certified by impartial system on the base of inspection in the production area.

Due to this Quality Mark will be formally granted by the Certification Committee, the certification procedure will provide the greatest guarantee of impartiality and transparency, thus increasing the value of the Turqum Quality Mark.

The TURQUM® Mark guarantees for a machine,

• That the conditions for the CE Mark are met,
• That it is manufactured according to Quality Management System conditions,
• That the product conforms to the technical and perform parameters determined for the product and specified in the Technical Specifications,
• A specific Warranty period varying by the product,
• Guarantee that Spare Parts shall be provided for 10 years following delivery,
• Guarantee of high quality services for a period of 10 years after sales,
• That the manufacturer has met technical tests,
• The guarantee of the continuation of quality with annual audits,
• Audit and control assurances performed by independent and objective auditors,
